Most of us have been trained to view life as happening to us, with experiences and events thrown at us willy-nilly while we do our haphazard best, sink or swim.
Consider another possible view: Life unfolds moment-to-moment as an exact match to our internally-generated intention, complete with all the nuance of feeling and detail of experience we could possibly desire and imagine.
These views of life are as distinct as the proverbial night and day, and naturally create vastly different results. Both views create experience - one within a sense of powerless victim consciousness or little consciousness at all, and one within a conscious inner choice to risk for our deepest desires. One entrains us to be chronically and vigilantly tense and ready for anything, while deeply enjoying nothing. The other allows a deep internal release into more ease and enjoyment of all we've ever dreamed.
A simple shift in our view, accompanied by a willingness to choose differently for ourselves, powers a dramatic leap into new possibility.
